Pleasure and Pain

Now that I'm sure everyone is good and saturated with vacation pictures, I can start posting more about food and pets.

On Monday they had a wonderful promotion at the edge of campus where promoters were giving away little cans of Coke Zero for free! They even had a portable fridge so it was cold. Ahhhh. Refreshing. It was funny to see the point where most people finished their beverages.


Sam pointed out this hunky dude up on the balcony. Insert wolf whistle here.






We went to ED since last week they had this incredible deal on strawberries for 1.49 euros per kilogram. However, sadly, this offer did not last and it was back up to around 3 euros a kilo. I made the best of it though and bought zucchini and bananas.

Is it champagne? Nope! It's Champomy, the fun non-alcoholic substitute. They don't even add sugar! What a great party drink.







Oooh, not only is there chocolate involved, they throw in an eyepatch and do-rag, just like the real pirates wear.







Sam kindly donated some Starburst jelly beans to me and since I'm incredibly lucky, I got a blue mutant.





Here's where I'm getting my next tattoo and piercing, hopefully at the same time.





Sam kept going on about how he needed a haircut, so we went all over Gambetta in search for one that was open Mondays. We passed around four or five before we eventually found one. People don't like earning money here. It makes them nervous.

Anyway, the first thing I thought when I saw this hairstylist was "why on earth would you name your store 'Eunuch'". Then I mulled it over awhile and realized that it should probably be pronounced 'unique'.


Wicked car, man.
